As the founder and primary inspector of North County Inspections Inc., It has been my pleasure to serve the San Diego community for over 5 years now.
As a husband to a realtor wife and father to 3 wonderfully active children, home safety and quality of home life is something I am very passionate about. As an InterNACHI Certified Inspector, my interest and connection to home construction and building architecture began early, as my first job was working in the home construction and concrete production field. After several years working with some of the other top home inspection companies in San Diego, I established North County Inspections Inc. with the goal of offering home inspection services that set the gold standard in the San Diego home inspection industry. Our inspection company provides inspection services throughout the greater San Diego area, and parts of Orange County.
As a North County home owner myself, and currently working towards helping to design my family’s next home, I truly believe that every aspect of a building plays an important part in making a house into a truly safe space: a home. At North County Inspections Inc. we understand that purchasing a home is a big financial commitment and it can sometimes seem like an overwhelming experience, so it is our goal. to help guide our clients through the inspection process so they can proceed with greater confidence in the purchase of their home.
I always try to approach each inspection with the same method and careful process, no matter the apparent age or condition of the home. When the inspection is done, I try to take a pause and ask myself: Would I buy this home for my own family to live in?
